Karan met Yug and learned about his problem. She got convinced about Hetal’s background, since Shagun has verified her as trustworthy person. Ishita found Hetal to be a good knowledgeable person. Mani asked Bhallas to hire Hetal as the caretaker and domestic help. Mani got a lady Hetal from Shagun’s NGO who turned helpful for the Bhallas. The family got worried knowing Ishita is putting herself in danger. Raman and Ishita met their family and revealed their plans. Commissioner wished them all the best for their big plans. She started executing her plan and wanted to collect evidence against Sahil. Ishita got out on bail by adapting Shaina’s identity. Raman thanked the commissioner for his cooperation. Raman’s plan succeeded when Sahil’s lawyer met the commissioner and bailed out Shaina. Yug wanted to know who is watching him all the while. Yug got threatened by a mysterious person, who texted him to ruin his mental peace. She asked Yug to share things with her so that their trust gets stronger. He threatened the lawyer and convinced him. He asked the lawyer to arrange bail for Shaina, as this is Sahil’s plan. Raman called Sahil’s lawyer and tricked him as Shamshad. Raman didn’t want the lawyer to see Shaina personally else the lawyer will identify her. Ishita asked Raman to pose as Shamshad and speak to the lawyer to arrange Shaina’s bail. Karan informed Ishita that Shamshad won’t be in reach by the lawyer now. Shamshad scolded Karan for damaging his phone. He tried hard and finally got Shamshad’s phone. He fooled Shamshad by running on his orders. He is ready to become Shamshad’s servant to get Ishita home. He begged Shamshad for help in Ishita’s case. Meanwhile, Karan and Raman came up with a great plan to fool Shamshad again. He apologized to Neha for being rude towards her. Yug asked her to mind her own business and not interfere in his personal matters. Neha advised Yug and asked him not to hide things from his would be wife. Aaliya told her that she couldn’t marry Yug because of an emergency. Neha met them and asked them if they didn’t get married. Aaliya doesn’t want him to keep secrets from her. Aaliya got upset with Yug that he hid things from her. The show now focuses on the lives of their children and its consequences on Ishita and Raman’s lives.Today’s Yeh Hai Mohabbatein 3 June episode begins with Neha trying to know about Aaliya and Yug’s marriage. But, both Mani and Raman are against their marriage. Raman’s son Aadi and (Ishita’s friend) Abhimanyu’s niece Aaliya are in love with each other.
Shagun is the surrogate mother of Pihu but Pihu doesn't know about Ishita being her biological mother and assumes Shagun as her mother. Now, Shagun’s children Aadi and Ruhi live in Raman and Ishita’s house while Ishita’s daughter Pihu stays with Shagun. The show took a 7 year leap in April 2016.
